We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives for a well-established engineering manufacturer near Pulborough, working on specialist technical products where accuracy, care and quality really matter.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, likes learning how things go together and wants to build a long-term career within engineering or manufacturing.
You might already have assembly experience, or you might be coming from another practical background and looking for the chance to develop.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working as part of a close-knit production team, with responsibilities including:
Mechanical and electrical assembly
Using hand and power tools
Following drawings, work instructions and build processes
Basic wiring and fitting work
Carrying out quality checks
Working carefully with detailed components
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safeThe products are technical and built to a high standard, so this role suits someone who takes pride in getting things right.
