Our client is an ambitious and growing financial services business with a reputation for integrity, exceptional client services and a rewarding culture. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the wider team including the IFA's.
Please note that whilst this is offered on a part time basis, (minimum 21 hours a week) full time candidateswith the right experience will be considered.

Key duties will involve:
Processing new business applications and opening investment, pension, and ISA accounts
Preparing paperwork for clients and advisers and chasing providers for information and updates
Managing letters of authority and contacting third parties such as pension and insurance providers
Tracking fund switches, transfers, and withdrawals
Preparing review packs and valuation reports and scheduling annual review meetingsIn addition you will be maintaining accurate client files and ensuring FCA regulatory requirements are met as well as recording client interactions and documentation.
Assisting with audits will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have experience of using a CRM specific to financial services as well as being a confident, calm and highly organised and solutions focussed administrator.
A good telephone manner is also important to be successful in this role.
