How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable, ongoing work within a professional warehouse environment, with full training provided and the opportunity to become an important part of the operation.

    The Role

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to ensure customer orders and stock are processed accurately, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The role is varied, with the opportunity to work across different projects and tasks throughout the day. No two days are necessarily the same, making this a good opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and working as part of a busy team.

Carry out re-work activities to ensure stock is correctly prepared and ready for dispatch.
Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
Complete case packing in line with individual project and customer requirements.
Check products and packaging to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Assist with the movement and handling of stock within the warehouse.
Work across a variety of projects and tasks as required by the operation.
Follow all company processes, procedures and health and safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
Report any quality, stock or operational issues to the appropriate team member.

    About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, hardworking and keen to get stuck in. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.

    You will ideally have:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and a willingness to work across different projects and duties.
    Good teamwork and communication skills.
    Excellent reliability and punctuality.
A willingness to carry out manual handling and physical tasks where required.
Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

    Monday to Friday working pattern.
    Rotating weekly shifts of 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm.
    Full training provided.

    Free on-site parking.
Access to a high-specification breakout area.
    Friendly and supportive working environment.
The opportunity to gain valuable experience within the warehousing, distribution and co-packing sector.
