How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager who wants genuine ownership, variety and visibility – combining creative campaign development with digital marketing, content, CRM, retail activity, events and commercial collaboration.

    You will like

The Marketing Campaign Manager role itself, working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement channel marketing strategy and deliver the annual marketing plan.

You'll become an expert in your channels, customers and markets, developing creative, engaging campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and commercial results.

    Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Supporting implementation of annual marketing and communications plans.

Creating compelling campaign concepts, content and copy.

Managing campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets.

Delivering social media marketing activity and digital content.

Creating brochure, print and wider marketing collateral.

Reviewing international marketing materials and adapting content for UK audiences.

Using CRM to engage, nurture and communicate with new and existing customers.

Developing website and email marketing content.

Working with external creative, digital and marketing agencies.

Supporting retail partners and showroom marketing projects.

Delivering events, exhibitions and sector-specific marketing activity.

Partnering closely with Sales teams to provide responsive, commercially focused marketing support.

Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and marketplace.

Monitoring campaign effectiveness and contributing to monthly KPI reporting.

Keeping ahead of marketing, digital, customer and industry trends.

NB: Detailed job description plus salary and benefits information can be provided to shortlisted candidates prior to interview.

    You will have

To succeed as Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll be a creative yet commercially minded marketer with at least 3 years' broad marketing experience and a proven ability to turn ideas into effective campaigns.

    You will have:

Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills across digital and print.

Social media and digital marketing experience.

Experience implementing marketing communications / Marcomms plans.

Confidence working collaboratively with Sales and commercial teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisation, project management and attention to detail.

A creative, energetic and hands-on approach.

Commercial awareness and a clear appreciation of campaign ROI.

Experience within a related sector such as bathrooms, sanitaryware, plumbing, building products, construction products, interiors, kitchens or home improvement would be particularly advantageous. We're equally interested in talented B2B marketers from other product-led environments who can quickly understand technical products, customer channels and routes to market.

Experience of website content management, email campaigns/contact cycles, agency management and events would also be beneficial, as would a CIM marketing qualification or Marketing-related degree.
