I'm working with a major real estate services provider on a newly created role supporting the BMS/OT estate across a critical, high-profile London portfolio (banking & financial services client). This isn't a desk-based cyber role - it's a controls engineering role with cyber-awareness built in.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as engineering lead for BMS/OT platform health across a multi-site portfolio
Fault diagnosis, performance optimisation and lifecycle work (upgrades, controller refresh, server/workstation replacement)
Commissioning, tuning and validating control strategies and alarms
Owning OT/BMS network documentation, topology, panel drawings, asset registers
Embedding practical security controls: patch coordination, access management, backup/recovery assurance
Managing vendor delivery and technical governance (change control, method statements, as-built docs)What's on offer:

Strong hands-on BMS/industrial controls background, ideally multi-site
Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LonWorks or similar
Comfortable owning platform lifecycle, servers, databases, backups
Vendor certs a bonus (Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara)
IEC 62443 / NIST / CIS awareness advantageous, not essential
