Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) looking for an opportunity to start immediately?
Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd is urgently recruiting Healthcare Assistants across Surrey to join our growing care team.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals who are ready to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.
💙 Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support individuals with their everyday care, health and wellbeing. Duties may include:
* Personal care and hygiene support
* Medication support
* Moving and handling
* Mobility and transfers
* Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
* Monitoring health and wellbeing
* Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
* Supporting individuals with physical disabilities
* Mental health and emotional support
* Epilepsy and seizure management
* Complex care support following appropriate training
* Attending appointments
* Community access and social activities
* Promoting independence and daily living skills
* Companionship and reassurance
* Accurate completion of care records
* Following care plans and risk assessments
* Reporting concerns and safeguarding individuals
