How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As this is a newly created role, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the site's process safety agenda, building capability, reducing risk, and partnering with both local and global stakeholders to promote a strong process safety culture.

This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position.

Implement process safety programs, tools, training and assessments aligned with Kerry's PSM framework

Support complex operations by identifying and implementing process safety and reliability improvements

Facilitate multidisciplinary teams in Management of Change (MoC), incident investigations, risk assessments, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) studies and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)

Lead site HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) activities and drive completion of resulting actions

Ensure Hazardous Area Classifications (HAC) are identified, maintained and compliant with Kerry standards

Promote understanding and adoption of PSM processes across all levels of the site through communication and training

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in hazardous areas

Ensure all site projects comply with PSM requirements and safety standards

Liaise with external regulators, including HSE and SEPA, and identify new technologies to reduce process safety risks

Carry out additional duties and projects as requested by the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Team Leader.

    What you will bring

You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across functions, and translate process safety requirements into practical solutions.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organization.
