We're looking for an experienced Electrician to join the team at a prestigious site in Glasgow.

🏫 This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician to work within a busy environment, carrying out essential electrical maintenance and ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational.

⚡ What You'll Be Doing:

🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
💡 Testing, maintaining and repairing lighting and electrical systems.
🚨 Carrying out emergency lighting testing and associated remedial works.
⚙️ Diagnosing electrical faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
📋 Ensuring electrical systems are maintained in line with relevant regulations and standards.
🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
🤝 Working closely with the wider Estates and Facilities team.
📝 Completing maintenance records and reporting any defects or issues identified.

👷‍♂️ What We're Looking For:

🎓 Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
⚡ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
🚨 Proven experience carrying out emergency lighting testing is essential.
🔍 Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
🏢 Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Education or a similar environment.
📖 Good understanding of electrical compliance and safe working practices.
💬 Strong communication and customer service skills.
