Returns Supervisor

Working with a fashion retailer, I am recruiting for a Returns Supervisor to work in their warehouse.

you will be:

* Ensuring that returns operations are carried out consistently and to the quality standards set.

* Manage aspects of returns processes including facilities; personnel; premises and space; storage and loading.

* Plan and schedule work to ensure that all jobs are completed on time.

* Monitor and manage returns inventory, ensuring documentation and systems are up to date

* Ensure that return products are inspected for quality, damage and compliance with return policies.

Ideally you will have:

* Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution centre experience

* 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

* Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), required level – MEDIUM

Mon - Friday role.

Salary £30-35k depending on experience
