How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you'll:

    *

Adapt activities to the pupil's developmental level

    *

    Support speech, language and communication

    *

Use visual and practical learning resources

    *

    Support early literacy and numeracy

    *

Encourage interaction and play with peers

    *

Help with classroom routines and transitions

    *

    Support personal and social development

    *

    Encourage confidence and independence

    Essential Skills & Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

    *

    SEN or EYFS/KS1 experience

    *

Experience supporting developmental or learning needs

    *

    A nurturing and patient approach

    *

    Strong communication skills

    *

    Confidence adapting learning activities

    *

    Reliability and consistency

    *

    The ability to commit long-term

Experience with speech and language interventions, PECS, Makaton, visual communication, sensory activities or early-years learning strategies would be advantageous.

    The School

The school is an inclusive 2-form-entry primary with a close-knit staff team and a strong focus on supporting individual pupil needs.

You'll work alongside experienced classroom staff and have regular support from the school's SENCO and wider SEN team.

The school is very well connected by public transport, with Underground, and numerous bus routes making it accessible from across Central, West and North West London.

Enrich Education Recruitment is committed to safeguarding children. All successful applicants will be subject to relevant compliance checks, including an Enhanced DBS, right-to-work checks and satisfactory references.
