Domestic Plumber – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Wembley & HA Post codes
Rate: £240 - £260 Per day
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Plumber to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering domestic properties across London.
The role will involve attending residential properties to complete reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance and general plumbing works. We are looking for a reliable, professional plumber who is confident working independently and dealing directly with customers.
Duties
* Attend domestic properties to carry out reactive plumbing works
* Diagnose and repair plumbing faults
* Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Repair leaks, taps, toilets, pipework and sanitaryware
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as required
* Complete minor remedial and making-good works where necessary
* Liaise professionally with customers and provide excellent service
* Complete job sheets and relevant paperwork
* Work safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber
* Strong reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience
* Experience working in domestic properties
* Good knowledge of general plumbing systems
* Relevant plumbing qualifications preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools and PPE
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Desirable: Experience working on reactive maintenance contracts and emergency call-outs.
