Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our onsite client in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering ongoing work, competitive pay, and full training.
About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Full training will be provided across all production areas.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
Carrying out quality inspections and checks throughout the production process
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
Completing production records and documentation accurately
Reporting equipment faults and production issues promptly
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
What We're Looking For
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Good level of English, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, hard-working, and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Flexible approach to work and overtime when required
