Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Installations Administrator to support our Sales & Installations Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling installations and acting as a key point of contact between customers and fitting teams. Previous experience within the glazing, door and window, or wider construction industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule installation appointments efficiently
Communicate with customers and fitting teams via telephone and email
Support the Installations Team with day-to-day scheduling and administration
Monitor installation schedules and resolve any issues or changes
Maintain accurate records using internal databases and spreadsheets
Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in the glazing, door and window, or construction industry preferred
Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
Comfortable working unsupervised and using own initiative
Able to work effectively under pressure
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
General administrative experience, including databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Outlook

Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary, dependent on experience starting at £13.50/hour
Full-time, permanent position 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
