As a Goods In/Loading Bay Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the loading and unloading processes. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently unload and load goods in accordance with company procedures.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documentation.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet the required standards.
Maintain a clean and organised loading bay area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly.Our client is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Comfortable and happy to lift heavy items when required.
