Maintenance Plumber
Location: Covering London and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week

We’re looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join the team, offering overtime opportunities with a company van and fuel card, and genuine long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks and toilet repairs
* Installing vented and unvented hot water cylinders
* Replacing electric showers, shower pumps and waste pumps
* Carrying out minor electrical works where qualified
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience in domestic plumbing and minor electrical works
* CSCS Card – preferred
* Part P electrical installation qualification – preferred
* Social housing experience – desirable but not essential
* Experience working within occupied properties
