Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Kenilworth, CV8.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an important part of the warehouse team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Your duties will include:
•Picking and packing customer orders
•Preparing goods for dispatch
•Checking orders for accuracy
•General warehouse duties
•Moving and handling stock around the warehouse
•Manual handling and lifting goods of up to 25kg
•Working as part of a small team
•Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
The successful candidate will ideally have:
•Previous warehouse experience
•Experience in picking and packing
•Good attention to detail
•The ability to carry out manual handling and lift goods up to 25kg
•A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
•The ability to work well as part of a small team
•A positive attitude and willingness to learn
•A good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment
