Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary for a well-established law firm in Worcester, supporting a busy Family Public Law team. Previous Family Law experience is essential, with Public Law/Care Proceedings experience highly desirable.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
Supporting solicitors with Family Public Law and Care matters.
Preparing correspondence, court documents and bundles.
Managing diaries, hearings, deadlines and case files.
Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external agencies.
Assisting with Legal Aid, CCMS/LAA and general administration.Essential Skills:
Previous Family Law experience is essential.
Public Law/Care Proceedings experience highly desirable.
Legal Aid/CCMS experience advantageous.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
