We’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Kineton! 👷♂️👷♀️
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, long-standing team with genuine progression available. Once permanent, you’ll receive full training on Reach & Counterbalance FLTs, with a pay increase once qualified! 🚜
🔧 What you'll be doing:
• Labelling, sampling & decanting liquids
• Mixing solutions
• Moving drums (up to 200kg – pivoting/twisting involved)
• Manual lifting up to 30kg
• Basic quality & quantity checks
• Stock recording & basic computer input
• Working across different production departments
• Following health & safety procedures
✅ What we're looking for:
• Full driving licence – essential 🚗
• Good basic Maths, English & computer skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Able to lift/move heavy items
• Willing to learn and work across different areas
• No asthma or back conditions due to the nature of the role
