We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse environment in Tamworth.
This is a varied role, with approximately 70% warehouse duties and 30% FLT operation, so we're looking for someone who is happy working across both areas and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Picking approximately 200–300 orders per day
Handling and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kg
Putting goods away and ensuring stock is stored correctly
Loading and unloading vehicles
Reloading goods as required
Operating a forklift as part of the role
Working accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
About You
Previous warehouse experience
Valid driving licence required – up to 6 points considered
FLT experience/licence
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
Able to work independently
Accurate and efficient with good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking
Comfortable working at pace and meeting targets
70% Warehouse | 30% FLT
