We’re recruiting for a growing and ambitious specialist manufacturing business producing exceptional, bespoke work for some seriously impressive projects.
They’re investing, expanding and looking for talented Sprayers, Preppers and Finishers to strengthen their skilled production team.
Your background doesn’t need to fit neatly into one particular industry.
If you’ve developed excellent preparation or spraying skills within automotive, aerospace, marine, composites, specialist manufacturing, kitchens, coatings or another quality-led environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?
Depending on your experience and strengths, your role could include:
* Preparing surfaces ready for finishing
* Sanding, filling, denibbing and ensuring surfaces are absolutely right before spraying
* Applying primers, base coats, top coats, lacquers and other specialist finishes
* Producing consistently smooth, high-quality finishes
* Working with different materials, substrates and finishing systems
* Checking your work throughout the process and correcting imperfections
* Maintaining spray equipment, tools and your working area
* Working closely with the wider production team to keep projects moving
* Taking genuine ownership of the quality of your finished work
What are we looking for?
Skill, attitude and pride in your work matter more to us than the industry written on your CV.
You could be an experienced Sprayer, Paint Sprayer, Prepper, Polisher or Finisher looking for somewhere you can put those skills to good use.
We’d particularly like to hear from people who have:
* Hands-on spraying, preparation or finishing experience
* Excellent surface preparation skills
* Experience applying professional-quality coatings and finishes
* A strong understanding of the preparation and finishing process
* An exceptional eye for detail
* The patience and skill to achieve a consistently high-quality result
* The ability to spot and rectify imperfections
* A reliable, conscientious approach to work
* Genuine pride in producing something that looks fantastic when it leaves you
Experience with different coating systems, specialist finishes, colour matching or high-gloss and matt finishes would be a bonus, but we’re keeping an open mind.

The package
Salary: c. £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience and capability
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid for lunch
Overtime: Available and paid
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
