How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator for our client on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive L&D professional with practical experience of managing and supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).Working closely with HR, managers, and employees, you will play a key role in coordinating learning activities, maintaining training records, supporting compliance training programmes, and ensuring a positive user experience across the organisation's LMS platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate and administer learning and development activities across the organisation.
    Manage day-to-day activity within the Learning Management System (LMS).
    Upload, maintain and update learning content, courses and user records.
    Monitor training completion rates and produce regular management reports.
    Support onboarding and mandatory training programmes.
    Act as the first point of contact for LMS-related queries and troubleshooting.
    Schedule training sessions and liaise with internal and external training providers.
    Maintain accurate learning records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
    Support wider people initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the HR and L&D functions.About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Training or HR Coordination role.
    Practical, hands-on experience using and administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
    Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    Experience producing reports and analysing training data.
    Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Desirable

    Experience supporting compliance training programmes.
    CIPD qualification or relevant L&D certification.What you need to do now
