Estates Surveyor Glasgow (Office-Based) | UK-Wide Travel Required

Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing multi-site healthcare organisation in the appointment of an Estates Surveyor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an extensive UK & Ireland property portfolio and play a key role in its ongoing growth and expansion.

Offering a broad remit across estate management, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, acquisitions and strategic portfolio planning, this role would suit a commercially minded property professional seeking autonomy, variety and genuine influence within a growing organisation.

The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing existing properties whilst supporting the identification and acquisition of new locations across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess new property opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
Manage a diverse multi-site operational property portfolio.
Lead landlord and tenant negotiations.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and lease agreements.
Support acquisition, relocation and estate optimisation projects.
Work closely with legal, operational and senior leadership teams.
Present commercial recommendations and property strategies to key stakeholders.

About You:

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

Strong surveying background.
Experience negotiating rents, rates and lease agreements.
Experience managing multi-site property portfolios.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the UK.
