Location: Coventry Hybrid (3 in the office, 2 days WFH)

We're exclusively partnering with a market-leading provider of sustainable, data-driven supply chain solutions to find their next Senior Commercial Account Representative.
This is a senior, high-visibility role supporting the Commercial Manager and acting as the escalation point for a team servicing major B2B accounts, while also owning your own portfolio of customer relationships.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a dedicated portfolio of B2B customer accounts, acting as trusted point of contact
Acting as senior escalation point for complex queries, ensuring SLA compliance
Overseeing credit requests, debt resolution and invoicing accuracy
Supporting day-to-day team coordination, workload allocation and quality auditsWhat we're looking for:
Proven customer service / account management background (B2B ideal)
Strong data analysis and commercial awareness
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
