Works Forman /CNC Milling Programmer/Setter/Operator

I am currently recruiting for a CNC Milling Programmer /Setter /Operator / Works Foreman for my Client based in Telford, this is a permanent basis.

Salary –negotiable depending on experience

7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 3.15pm Friday – 40hrs per week

28 days inc bank holidays – increasing 1 day per year for every full year worked to 25 days + BH

Work Place pension

Responsibilities

* Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machines

* Read engineering drawings and 3D CAD Models

* Lead and manage the day-to-day shop floor operations

* Drive continuous improvement activities

* Ensure Health and Safety and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

* Time served CNC machinest

* Strong CNC milling programming, setting and operating experience

* CAD/CAM knowledge

* Experience of operating Siemans/Heidenheim controllers is required

* PowerMill cam software experience is required

* Able to read engineering drawings and experience with 3D CAD models

* Leadership experience

* ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing experience
