Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support commercial activities across live and upcoming developments, working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You will be involved in:

Procurement and management of subcontractors
Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
Preparing valuations and payment applications
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and housebuilding standards
Contributing to efficient, profitable project deliveryThis is a fantastic role for a QS who enjoys structure, clear processes, and the satisfaction of working in an organised, well-run commercial team.
