We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our busy Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with food industry experience, or a food science/food technology graduate, looking to develop their career within a successful and growing business.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll support the Technical team in ensuring products meet customer, legal and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining product specifications.
Reviewing artwork for accuracy and compliance.
Managing technical documentation with excellent attention to detail.
Responding to customer technical enquiries.
Assisting with customer complaints and investigations.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Maintaining compliance documentation, including BRCGS standards.
Providing general administrative support to the Technical team.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Experience in a food technical, quality or compliance role, or a food-related degree.
Knowledge of BRCGS Food Safety Standards.
Experience supporting audits is desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
