The actual salary ranges from £10,692.38 (H19) up to £11,751.66 (H22) per annum depending on experience and qualifications, based on a full time equivalent salary of £27,284 to £29,987.
HR Coordinator
As one of two HR Coordinators, you will work collaboratively to provide seamless HR support across the week, delivering an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the Group. Working as part of a supportive HR team, you will provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR activities.
Your key responsibilities will include processing contractual changes and staff absence records through iTrent, liaising with the Payroll Manager to ensure the accurate processing of employee information, and coordinating the end to end leaver process, including calculating final annual leave entitlements.
You will also manage the HR inbox, respond to telephone enquiries, distribute incoming post and act as a professional first point of contact for HR queries. Maintaining accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements will be a key aspect of the role, alongside processing incoming and outgoing reference requests. During busier recruitment periods, you will support the Recruitment team by preparing onboarding documentation, processing DBS checks and setting up new starters on iTrent.
In addition, you will provide wider administrative support to the HR team by preparing weekly Executive status reports, taking notes and minutes at meetings, and assisting HR Business Partners with project work as required. This varied role offers the opportunity to contribute across the employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of an effective and responsive HR service.
You will also help to promote a safe, inclusive and supportive working environment, contributing to the safeguarding of student welfare and upholding the values of Windsor Forest Colleges Group.
