Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially focused Supervisor for a high-profile Central London store.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to energise a team, elevate the customer experience and turn commercial opportunities into results.
The opportunity:
Lead, support and motivate the team throughout the trading day
Drive sales, conversion and overall store performance
Coach colleagues on service, product knowledge and selling techniques
Monitor KPIs and respond confidently to trading opportunities
Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management
Create a positive, engaging and performance-focused environment
The ideal candidate:
Has previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience
Can demonstrate success in driving sales and achieving KPIs
Is confident leading shifts, coaching colleagues and giving feedback
Leads from the shop floor with energy and commercial awareness
Remains calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
Is passionate about fashion, people and delivering excellent service
The package:
£32,000 basic salary
