Site Administrator
Location: Euston
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join a busy construction project. This is a great entry-level opportunity, with no previous construction experience required and full training provided.
Working closely with the site management team, you will help keep the project organised by maintaining site records, updating documents, processing deliveries and providing general administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining site files, reports and drawing registers
Updating systems including COINS, Procore, HammerTech and SustainIQ
Processing delivery notes and plant and material requests
Monitoring attendance and training records
Assisting with site inductions and health and safety documentation
Taking meeting minutes and supporting the project team
Ensuring project information is accurate and ready for audits
Assisting with O&M manuals and project archiving We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to learn. You should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and good IT Skills.

This role would suit someone from an administrative background or somebody looking to begin a career in construction. It offers excellent training and genuine opportunities to progress into more senior roles.
