We are recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based near Pulborough.
You’ll be working in a clean, organised and team-focused production environment, assembling specialist technical products used within highly regulated industries. This is not just basic production-line work. The products are detailed, technical and built to a high standard, so care, accuracy and pride in your work really matter.

The role will involve:
Mechanical and electrical assembly
Using hand and power tools
Following drawings, instructions and build processes
Wiring and basic fitting work
Carrying out quality checks
Working carefully with strong attention to detail
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
We would particularly like to hear from people with experience in:
Assembly
Production
Manufacturing
Wiring
Electrical work
Mechanical fitting
CNC or machine operation
Automotive
Construction or practical trades
Engineering environments
