The Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of year groups.
Deliver targeted interventions and provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence in their learning.
Support children with a variety of additional needs, including SEND, where required.
Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when working across schools within the Trust.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience supporting children or young people within a school or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting teaching and learning.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed both academically and personally.
The ability to work confidently as part of a wider school team.What We Offer:
