How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Essential Functions/Responsibilities

    Operates in accordance with the Jazz corporate values of being patient driven, passionate, innovative, collaborative, accountable, having integrity and achieving excellence.

    The job holder is responsible for maintaining cGxP and H&S knowledge applicable to the job.

    The job holder must refer to the EHSS Policy (EHSS_P.01) to understand the current EHSS responsibilities for the role.

    Receiving of raw materials from suppliers

    Booking In of materials to be stored within the GW Pharmaceutical (GW) warehouse

    Picking and delivery of materials to internal customers across the KSP site

    Receiving of finished product and storing in appropriate storage locations

    Sampling of GMP materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

    Dispensing of materials for Epidiolex/Epidyolex Bulk Manufacturing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

    Maintenance of stock records – ERP system

    Raw material and finished goods daily cycle counting

    Support company annual stock checks

    Provide Supply Chain Department support as required

    Assist with commercial shipments to marketing partners

    Supporting both domestic and international product shipments

    Support for out of hours call outs for Supply Chain plant alarms

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Ensure that all stock records are accurate and completed contemporaneously  

    Responsibility for receiving and processing of received materials, ensuring all details on materials received match details contained on purchase order 

    Processing of Transfer Orders and distribution of Non-CTQ items across the KSP site 

    Delivery of materials required for batch manufacture and handling of materials returned from production departments 

    Dispensing of materials for Bulk Manufacturing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 

    Sampling of GMP materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 

    Cleaning and Microbiological Monitoring of the Sampling Booth  

    Calibration of balances and monitoring of room pressures in Sample Booth 

    Temperature monitoring and recording of data within temperature-controlled Supply Chain areas and ensuring appropriate action taken for any deviation noted 

    Support despatch activities for commercial products 

    Completion of daily cycle counting and provide support for investigation of any discrepancies 

    Provide active support to ensure a successful completion of company stock-takes.  

    Weekly cleaning of the B840 warehouse  

    Monthly full clean of the B840 sampling booth in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 

    Participate as needed in appropriate supply chain operational and continuous improvement projects 

    Help ensure appropriate standards of cGMP and cGDP within the department are maintained at all times 

    The job holder must carry out their work in a way that will not adversely affect their own, or others’, health, safety and security or the environment and report any shortcomings in GW arrangements 

    Support Supply Chain team in being available for out of hours call outs for plant alarms  

    Competent use of all electronic system associated with the warehouse – such as, ERP etc.  

    Where applicable the job holder may have to execute additional tasks in order to meet departmental objectives, example - project-related or developmental/change objectives 

    Execution and understanding of electronic business systems.  

    Carries out their work in a way that will not adversely affect their own, or others’, health, safety and security or the environment and reports any shortcomings in GW arrangements  

    Strive for continuous improvement, to help the elimination of operational wastes within the warehouse. 

    Where applicable support investigations associated with the warehouse.  

    Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

    Recent and relevant experience in a similar Supply Chain position

    Knowledge of a broad base of supply chain functions and disciplines

    Fork Truck Licence

    The nature of the position requires high levels of self-motivation and exceptional commitment to the success of team members and the company as a whole

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to internal and external stakeholders

    Attention to detail and delivery of accurate data as and when required

    The role requires use of IT systems and software including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and MS Office software especially Excel

    Flexibility to work in a fast-paced demanding environment

    Ability to change direction and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis

    A natural willingness to share ideas and information and assist colleagues

    Pharmaceutical industry experience
