We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide efficient, professional support to our client’s HR function, supporting all aspects of HR administration across the employee lifecycle and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, employee records are accurately maintained, HR systems are effectively managed, and HR support is delivered in a professional and timely manner.

Job Description
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding activities and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files and HR systems
- Produce HR reports and support payroll, benefits and pension administration
- Support Employee Relations processes and respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner
