Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Buyer to join our team based full-time at our Wembley off
ice.
The
Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials, plant and subcontract packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest stan
dards.

Procure materials, plant and subcontract services for multiple construction p - rojects.Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate with su
- ppliers.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcont
- ractors.Ensure materials are delivered in line with project pro
- grammes.Work closely with the Commercial and Project Managemen
- t teams.Monitor costs and identify value engineering opport
- unities.Maintain accurate procurement records and purchase
- orders.Requ
- irementsPrevious experience working as a Buyer within a construction contractor or design & build
- company.Strong knowledge of construction materials and supply
- chains.Excellent negotiation and communication
- skills.Highly organised with strong attention to
- detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement
systems.
