How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to join their expanding team based in Coventry.

    This is a full-time Marketing and Campaigns Specialist role where you will take the lead in planning, creating, and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that promote apprenticeships, commercial training, and business services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating new enquiries and supporting the organisations continued growth.

    You will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing content, manage digital channels, and use campaign performance data to continuously improve marketing activity.

    What you will be doing:
    • Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across a range of digital and traditional channels
    • Create engaging content including website copy, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
    • Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
    • Update website content and improve online visibility using SEO best practice
    • Build and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
    • Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to support future marketing decisions
    • Maintain CRM data to improve employer engagement and campaign targeting
    • Work closely with business development, employer engagement, and curriculum teams to support business objectives
    • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand standards
    • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, partners and stakeholders

    What we are looking for:
    • Proven experience in marketing, communications or campaign management
    • Experience within a business to business, education, training or service environment would be highly beneficial
    • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
    • Good understanding of digital marketing including social media, email marketing and SEO
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
    • Confident using campaign data and market insight to improve marketing performance
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

    Desirable:
    • Experience working within apprenticeships, vocational training or further education, but not essential
    • Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
    • Knowledge of website content management systems
    • Relevant marketing, communications or business qualification
