Production Operative (Capper)

Hales Group are recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Beccles. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, offering the chance to work within a clean, organised, and supportive production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Hand cap products according to production specifications and quality requirements.
Inspect bottles, containers, and caps for defects before and during production.
Ensure caps are securely fitted and meet required standards.
Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
Complete basic production records and documentation as required.
Report equipment faults, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
Assist with packing, labelling, and other production duties when required.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
Adhere to all Health & Safety, hygiene, and company policies.  
What You'll Need

Own transport(due to the location)
A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Pay: £12.88+ per hour (+ enhanced OT rate!)
