We are seeking an experienced Interim HR / People Partner to support a business during a significant period of organisational change. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering a live transformation programme.
The Opportunity
This hands-on role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and organisational change. Working closely with leaders and key stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees throughout a major reorganisation project.
The role is fully remote, with all meetings and consultations conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and advising on a range of Employee Relations matters.
Supporting the delivery of a live reorganisation and change programme.
Conducting employee consultations and meetings.
Coaching and guiding managers through the change process.
Ensuring HR best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
Strong Employee Relations expertise, including the management of complex cases.
Experience supporting restructures, reorganisations, or large-scale change initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work autonomously and quickly establish credibility.
Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice.What's on Offer?
