How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established SME residential developer on a thoughtfully designed development of 28 high-quality new homes in Pershore.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that prides itself on delivering homes of an exceptional standard rather than chasing volume. You'll be joining a close-knit team where quality, customer satisfaction and attention to detail are at the heart of every development.

    Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

    The Role

    * Assist with the day-to-day management of a live residential development.

    * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme.

    * Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.

    * Monitor quality throughout the build process and ensure defects are minimised.

    * Carry out site inspections and assist with snagging and handovers.

    * Help deliver an excellent customer experience through the final stages of the build.

    About You

    * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.

    * A genuine passion for producing high-quality homes.

    * Strong organisational and communication skills.

    * Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit site team.

    * Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

    Requirements

    * SMSTS

    * CSCS Card

    * First Aid at Work

    * New build residential experience with a recognised housebuilder or residential contractor

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected developer with a reputation for delivering quality homes in desirable locations, where your contribution will be recognised and you'll have the opportunity to continue developing your career.

    If you're looking to join a business that values craftsmanship, quality and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you
