**Lamination Operator / Machine Minder**
Full Time | 48 Hours Per Week
£12.71 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Multistaff recruitment are recruiting an experienced Lamination Operator / Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern:
* 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
* Rotating Days & Nights: 6:30am-6:30pm / 6:30pm-6:30am
* Typically Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required
What you'll be doing:
* Setting up and operating lamination machinery
* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high production standards
* Loading materials, monitoring production and troubleshooting where required
* Following health & safety procedures and production schedules
We're looking for:
* Previous experience operating lamination or similar converting machinery
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* A team player with a commitment to quality
Pay is £12.71-£14.00 per hour, depending on experience and interview performance.
