Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a professional learning experience every time
Conduct blended training sessions, combining virtual and in-person delivery
Provide technical training on new product launches and technical updates
Offer technical training across various partner groups
Identify and suggest improvements to course structures and delivery methods
Assess delegate competency during induction and ongoing training events
Provide individual coaching as required
Develop training solutions that add value
Adapt training style to suit various audiences while maintaining consistent key message delivery
Build positive relationships with internal staff and the Stellantis management team
Job Requirements:
Experience in a training delivery role, with a preference for technical training
Strong personal presence, confidence, and credibility
Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of delegates
Understanding of various learning styles and the ability to respond to them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence and inspire others
Self-starter with a flexible approach to work
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Experience in delivering blended learning methods, including virtual training
Holding a teaching or learning qualification is preferred
Proactive and flexible approach to the learning environment with a can-do attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
