Location: Worcester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Peak Season (October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at enhanced rates
Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable days-based role with plenty of overtime and the opportunity to work on premium, bespoke products?
The Role
Operating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.
Loading materials and monitoring machine performance.
Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.
Reading and following production drawings and job sheets.
Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required.
Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
The Candidate
To be successful you'll ideally have:
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
