How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Your ability to interpret complex information, challenge delivery teams constructively and influence senior stakeholders will be key to ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

Ensure portfolio performance aligns with regulatory obligations and funding requirements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators where required.
Improve reporting capability through automation, analytics and data visualisation.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

    About You

You'll have a strong background within Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Controls, Business Planning or Investment Performance and enjoy working in complex environments where your insight genuinely influences strategic decisions.

    You'll also bring:

Significant experience managing portfolio or programme performance across major investment programmes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insight.
Confidence presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision-making at Executive level.
Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
A collaborative leadership style with experience developing high-performing teams.
A passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.

    Desirable Experience
