What you’ll be doing:
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)
The role will involve:
Answering inbound calls in a professional, friendly and reassuring manner
Speaking with prospective clients to understand their needs
Making follow-up calls to prospective clients
Providing updates during the early stages of a client's journey
Directing enquiries to the appropriate team
Building trust and rapport with clients
Helping clients feel welcomed, listened to and supported from the moment they get in touch, ensuring they receive an outstanding, positive customer service experience
Providing reception cover during absencesWho we’re looking for:

Someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and creating a positive first impression
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
An excellent communicator with a warm and professional manner
Empathetic, patient and approachable
Organised and reliable
Comfortable dealing with a high volume of telephone calls with clients throughout the day
Experienced in working for a law firm or similar professional services firm e.g. estate agents, accountants, surveyors, recruitment agency or contact centre
Experienced in working in a highly client-focused rolePlease note: This role is an operational support role and will not be suitable for paralegals looking to gain qualifying work experience.
