How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    TUPE Specialist (HR Advisor)

Location: Near Windsor (Office-Based – 5 Days per Week)
    Salary: £40,000 per annum
Start Date: Mid/Late August or Early September

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong TUPE knowledge looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced commercial environment?

We're partnering with a leading national facilities management organisation to recruit a TUPE Specialist (HR Advisor). This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team where TUPE activity is a core part of the business, supporting the mobilisation and demobilisation of major contracts across the UK.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll work alongside an established TUPE Officer, playing a key role in managing a high volume of TUPE transfers in and out of the business.

    The Role

This is a specialist HR role focused on TUPE, working within a business that regularly wins and loses large-scale contracts. The volume and pace are significant, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, commercially driven environment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

Managing TUPE transfers from start to finish across multiple projects.
Preparing and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI).
Liaising with Contract Managers and key stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.
Ensuring employee relations matters are accurately reflected within ELI documentation.
Providing advice and guidance on TUPE legislation and best practice.
Supporting the HR Manager with a high volume of concurrent TUPE projects.
Working collaboratively across HR to ensure a seamless transfer process.
Please note this role is focused on TUPE activity and does not include onboarding or offboarding responsibilities.

    About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

    You'll ideally have:

At least 2 years' HR experience, including significant exposure to TUPE.
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role with regular TUPE involvement.
Strong understanding of UK TUPE legislation and practical application.
Employee Relations experience would be highly advantageous.
Experience working within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation, ideally where TUPE projects are frequent.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (minimum Level 3 required).
A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the office has very limited public transport links.

    What's on Offer?

    Salary of £40,000 per annum.
Opportunity to join a nationally recognised facilities management business.
Exposure to high-profile, high-volume TUPE projects.
A collaborative HR team with excellent opportunities to further develop your specialist TUPE expertise.
Immediate impact in a role where no two days are the same.
If you're looking for a role where you'll gain exposure to complex TUPE activity in a fast-moving commercial environment, we'd love to hear from you
