How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Talent Manager – N2O

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Talent Manager to lead a team of around five Talent Management Executives responsible for booking and managing promotional staff across roadshows, experiential campaigns and PR activity.

This is not an HR or traditional Talent Acquisition role. The focus is on operational team management, campaign staffing, contractor bookings and delivering client requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Management Executives.

    * Oversee campaign staffing and fulfilment, ensuring targets are achieved.

    * Prioritise and allocate workloads across the team.

    * Monitor booking activity, performance and quality standards.

    * Ensure the right promotional staff are booked for the right campaigns.

    * Work closely with Campaign Management teams on briefs, budgets and requirements.

    * Review contractor suitability and booking quality.

    * Support and coach contractors to improve performance.

    * Manage self-booking approvals and contractor suitability.

    * Work with Quality Assurance teams to address performance concerns.

    * Monitor team performance, attendance and development.

    * Manage team rotas and holiday planning.

    * Produce accurate performance reports and updates for senior management.

    * Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

    * Maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal teams and contractors.

    * Act as a positive ambassador for N2O and our clients.

    About You:

    * Experience managing and leading a team in an office-based environment is essential.

    * Experience in staffing, resourcing, bookings, workforce planning, recruitment operations or an agency environment is desirable.

    * Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills.

    * Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.

    * Commercially minded with a target-driven approach.

    * Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.

    * Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

    * A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions independently.

    * Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure.

    * Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering high standards.

    About N2O:
N2O is an award-winning brand activation marketing agency. We win fans for brands through creative experiences that engage consumers at home, in-store, out of home and online, working across FMCG, retail, health and beauty and luxury goods.

    Salary & Benefits:
£30,000–£35,000 gross per annum depending on experience, plus bonus, with 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a range of additional benefits including flexible holiday options, life assurance, retail discounts, wellbeing support, private healthcare, salary sacrifice schemes, season ticket loans and free onsite gym, breakfast and parking
