Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 9:30pm
Friday
6:00am – 12:30pm
12:30pm – 7:00pm
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Bonding Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career within production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for laying up panels and bonding jobs ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process. You will work with a variety of materials, ensuring products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lay up panels ready for production.
Bond jobs using a range of materials.
Prepare products for the next stage of the manufacturing process.
Follow production specifications and work instructions.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good attention to detail.
A practical, hands-on approach to work.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable with a positive attitude.
Flexible to work rotating shifts.
