Are you an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with experience managing projects through the technical and construction stages?

Do you have a background delivering healthcare, care home, residential or similar developments and want to take ownership of projects from tender through to completion?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established architectural practice delivering varied projects throughout the North East. Its portfolio includes healthcare facilities, care homes, student accommodation, residential developments, industrial buildings, refurbishments, extensions and bespoke new-build schemes.

In this role, you will manage projects from tender stage through to completion, producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings, construction information, schedules and specifications. You will work alongside architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure each project meets the required technical, regulatory and building standards.

You will also review contractor information, respond to technical queries and coordinate information between the wider project team to support successful delivery throughout each stage.

This role would suit an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist looking for a senior position offering project ownership, flexible working and progression within a well-established practice.

The Role:

Manage architectural projects from tender stage through to completion

Deliver healthcare, care home, residential, student accommodation, industrial and refurbishment projects

Produce and coordinate technical drawings, construction details, schedules and specifications using Revit and CAD

Review contractor information, resolve technical queries and coordinate with the wider project team

The Person:

Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or experienced Architectural Assistant

Experience managing projects from tender through to completion

Background in healthcare, care homes, residential developments or similar projects

Revit experience and commutable to Darlington
