Academics Rochester is partnering with a forward-thinking Primary School in Sittingbourne Kent that is seeking a committed and experienced HLTA or Unqualified Teacher for a fixed-term contract starting September 2026.
The HLTA / Unqualified Teacher role involves covering classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with opportunities to lead whole class teaching as well as support smaller groups in core subjects.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds HLTA qualification
Minimum 6 months' experience in class cover
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Approachable, engaging, and encouraging with students
Committed to safeguarding students in line with school policy and highest standards
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
