Based in the Stafford Park area of Telford. This role offers a starting pay rate of £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.50 per hour once fully trained. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am–12:00pm on Friday, giving a 39-hour working week.
What You Will Do:
Follow fitting instructions precisely to complete vehicle conversions, including panel vans, cars and 4x4s as part of a dedicated team.
Use a range of hand tools and apply mechanical assembly know-how to produce consistent, reliable work.
Ensure every stage of work meets required specification, quality checks, and delivery timeframes.
Work safely and take care with tools, equipment and vehicle components at all times.
Maintain strong time management to support smooth production flow across each shift.
Stay flexible in a Production Operative role, stepping in to support other fitting tasks when required.
What You Will Bring:
Experience of vehicle conversions is a strong advantage, alongside mechanical assembly ability.
Comfortable using various hand tools and working to detailed instructions.
A confident eye for attention to detail and a pride in quality workmanship.
Good time management and the ability to work reliably across the shift pattern.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and stay flexible as tasks evolve.
