Working closely with managers and leaders across the organisation, you will provide practical, professional HR information and advice. You will play a key role in supporting a positive staff experience, developing management capability, and ensuring our people practices align with the College’s ambitions and values.
Qualified to Level 5 CIPD, and with a sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner, with excellent communication skills, who enjoys building strong relationships, contributing to organisational improvement and making a visible impact.
The post will be primarily based at our Blossomfield Campus; however, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our Woodlands and Stratford-upon-Avon campuses in line with business needs. Please note this is an onsite role and, due to the nature of the duties, is not suited to hybrid working.
